Resourceshurt Heating & Air wants everyone to be able to use resourceshurt.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We aim to make the site usable by as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support accessibility, we aim to:

• Use clear headings and a logical page layout
• Add text alternatives for images that carry meaning
• Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
• Allow the site to be used with a keyboard
• Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
• Write in plain, simple language
• Label form fields clearly

Known Gaps

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
